Ghanaians :
Ghanaians are above all else friendly people. It is the custom here to greet people and inquire about ones health and Ghanaians enjoy doing this very much. They are very happy when an American will greet them in their native language. Ghanaians are also very loud they love to blast music and seem to have no problem sleeping while the music is blasting. They grow up in a very loud environment, markets, farms, trotros, etc., so there may be some hearing loss involved. They also love to sing and many of them have beautiful voices (guys and gals). They also like to dance and play games. Ghanaians are also very religious. From what I understand the religions here in Ghana are quite a bit different than in the US. I myself am spiritual but not religious so I can't speak to the specifics. There are a couple of things that stand out though. First the signs on businesses here almost always invoke some religious saying. Second if you ever ride a bus here there will be a man that will give an overzealous religious sermon for about the first 30 minutes or so. ...Will be continued!!!
